Connor comes to us with the unique ability to play at National League level at both 9 and 10, whilst also being an accomplished goal kicker. Connor represented both Bury St. Edmunds and Rotherham Titans before being unable to resist the pull of returning to his junior club Newport (Salop) to help them gain National League status and, despite their relegation last season played some huge roles in the significant victories they gained last season, including over Hinckley, Clifton, Camborne and Redruth.

Connor’s versatility is going to play a massive role for us this season and we look forward to seeing him on the field during pre-season, with Hinckley DoR Chris Campbell saying ‘adding players like Connor to the squad is going to be crucial in our drive to achieve this year. Connor has years of National League experience and you cannot manufacture that. He is also very knowledgeable about the game and has the potential to become a key leader for us’.
